Select the firmness of your two cores from the drop down menu below. The left side can be a different firmness than the right as the menu shows. If you are not sure what firmness to choose please call us and we'll be happy to help. Typically if you weigh under 160lbs. we recommend "soft". 160 to 210 we recommend "medium" and of course "firm" for those over 210lbs. This is just a guide, personal preference is always a variable.
