Warranty Info

Boyd Specialty Sleep warrants their products to be free from all manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment to the customer. A photo image and detailed description of a defect must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our option, repair or replace any such defect without charge except for transportation, shipping and handling costs. A return merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns must be suitably packed to prevent further damage in the original Boyd Specialty Sleep carton where possible. This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential usage and does not apply to consequential or incidental damage or defects caused by negligence, misuse or abuse. This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified or altered in any way after shipment.
